At Great American Sports we understand that supporters like to get their hands on their goods as soon as possible and for this reason we always send goods via Royal Mail's first class postal system using the added security of the recorded delivery service which has a track and trace facility.

Because we carry such a wide variety of products and we don't use the postage and packaging as another profit centre (unlike many on-line retailers) we have decided to individually price each carriage charges, and these are advised to customers before goods are despatched.

Our delivery charges are calculated at a basic £2.50 per order plus a variable charge, depending on the individual item, this means that your total charges are kept to a minimum as we are able to consolidate where more than one item is ordered.

There is no carriage charge where the goods order value is greater than £75.00!

Timing  

As all of the products you see on the site are either immediately available from our stocks or we can call on them from elsewhere in the UK - most orders are shipped within 2-3 working days.

Note: Unlike some others we do not offer for sale anything that we have to ship from the US (other than our bespoke shirt ordering service) so you never have to wait very long for your goods.

Sizing

Please ensure you take an adequate amount of time to ensure the size you are about to order is correct (see our special sizing guide on jerseys) as we may not be able to exchange your product free of charge if you order the wrong size.

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be unworn, unlaundered, tags attached and in a re-saleable condition.

Regrettably any sale priced items are final sale and cannot be returned.
